Terms & Condition

1. All promotions are by invite only or upon successful application by email. Only an authorised member of Jackpot Games can determine your eligibility to the VIP Lounge.

2. All VIP Bonuses are limited to a single player account.

3. A new player is eligible for one High Roller welcome bonus. Players that have previously claimed any other welcome bonus are not eligible for this particular promotion.

4. Wagering requirements are dependent on the deposit amount negotiated between the player and Jackpot Games. However, the minimum wagering requirements for any VIP first time deposit bonus is 60 times the bonus amount. Certain games contribute to the wagering requirements at different rates. Please see the table below for more information.

5. This High Roller bonus will be credited upon contacting Jackpot Games. Deposits of €1,000 or more are subject identity validation checks for player security. Once verified, players will receive their High Roller deposit bonus within 24 hours after depositing the agreed amount.

6. The maximum bonus that can be credited as part of the Higher Roller Sign-up Bonus is €1000.00.

7. Bonus funds awarded as part the High Roller Sign-up Bonus carry a 60x wagering requirement on the deposit and bonus amount. All our games count towards the fulfilment of the wagering requirement.

8. Players may not place individual bets equal to or in excess of 50% or more of the value of the High Roller Sing-Up Bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Any winnings derived from such bets will be void.

9. The Enhanced Monthly Bonus are awarded once per month on the first deposit only.

10. Bonus funds awarded as part of the Enhanced Monthly Bonus carry a 60x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. All games count towards the fulfilment of the wagering requirement.

11. The Enhanced Game Promotions can only be claimed once per day and a maximum of five (5) times in one month.

12. Bonuses awarded as part of the Enhanced Game Promotions carry a 25x wagering requirements. Only slots, keno, bingo, scratchcards and Golden Derby count towards fulfilment of the wagering requirement.

13. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met, your bonus funds will be removed from the requested withdrawal amount and considered forfeit.

14. In order to request The PLAYER's first withdrawal, a minimum of seven (7) calendar days from the PLAYER's very first time deposit within Jackpot Games need to lapse.

15. All withdrawal requests may be subject to a manual game history review before they are approved.

16. Any bonus funds awarded as part of the VIP Lounge that remain unused will be removed from your account balance after 30 days of inactivity.

17. Any form of bonus abuse (eg: multiple accounts) will result in the removal of all bonus funds awarded and the closure of any/all accounts.

18. Accounts where repetitive game patterns occurs in excess may indicate abuse and could lead to PLAYER account being closed, winnings withheld and deposits returned (less any charges incurred).

19. Jackpot-Games reserves the right to request proof of identification to confirm the legitimacy of any deposits or withdrawals requested.

20. A Jackpot-Games account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in closure of the account and immediate disqualification.

21. Jackpot-Games reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion with no notice.

22. In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.

23. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers available. Should more than one offer apply to any bonus only the larger of the two will be deemed valid.
